Terms of Service

1. Who provides Wilt

Wilt is a Luau script publishing, obfuscation and key-management service operated as a Voltex project. For support or legal notices, email webingwme@gmail.com or use the Wilt Discord.

2. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using Wilt, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms where you live. If you are not, use Wilt only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Provide accurate account information and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The service

Wilt currently provides account and project management, storage and delivery of submitted script builds, obfuscation requests subject to the limits shown in the dashboard, and key/checkpoint functionality where available. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed. Wilt is provided without an uptime or support-time guarantee.

Wilt is free to use as currently offered. Obfuscation has a usage limit displayed on the site. We do not promise that a script will be compatible with every executor, game, device, provider, or future platform update.

4. Your content and publisher responsibilities

You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Wilt permission to store, process, obfuscate, and serve your submitted builds as needed to operate the features you request, including delivering a build after a key is accepted. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and use that content.

You are responsible for your scripts, project settings, provider accounts, checkpoint links, and anti-bypass tokens. Treat provider tokens as confidential credentials. Do not submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable law, or that you are not authorized to publish.

Do not use Wilt to distribute malware, steal credentials, gain unauthorized access, evade security controls, defraud users or providers, or facilitate harm. You must also follow the terms and rules of Roblox, ad/checkpoint providers, and any other platform you use. Wilt does not authorize conduct those services prohibit.

5. Keys, checkpoints, and device identifiers

Keys and checkpoint completion depend on the configured provider flow and the information supplied by clients and providers. A device identifier supplied by a client is a binding signal, not independent proof of a physical device. We cannot guarantee that a key will work on every device or that a provider will complete or verify a checkpoint.

Do not share keys or attempt to bypass checkpoint or key controls. We may revoke keys or suspend access when needed to protect the service, publishers, users, or providers.

6. Third-party services

Wilt relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, email checks, obfuscation, and optional OAuth sign-in, and may send users to external checkpoint providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Wilt does not control their availability, decisions, or content.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Wilt at any time. Account deletion is not currently self-service; contact the operator as described in section 10 to request it. We may restrict or suspend access for suspected abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. If an account is deleted, associated data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy; deletion cannot recall copies already downloaded or stored by third parties.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wilt is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, lost profits, or third-party acts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms where the law permits.

These terms are subject to the laws that apply to you and the service. Any dispute will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
